Susan (Henry) Smith, Schaumburg, Ill., a native of Perrysburg, died Tuesday (Sept. 8, 2009).
She was the daughter of Raymond and Lulu Henry and grew up on Roachton Road.
She was a 1962 graduate of Perrysburg High School.
Surviving are her husband, Jim, a son, Chad, and a daughter, Amanda.
She was preceded in death by sisters Joanne Miller and Linda Kronman.
