MONDAY
All centers closed in observance of Labor Day
TUESDAY
10 a.m.-12 p.m. Blood Pressure Clinic – Pemberville Area Senior Center, 220 Cedar St.
10 a.m. Program: Wii Fit Challenge – registration required
10:30 a.m. Program: Wii Bowling vs. Findlay Senior Center
12 p.m. Lunch: Bratwurst or chicken patty
5:30 p.m. Birthday Dinner Celebration: Baked chicken, baked potato; Entertainment: Janet Tiell, vocalist.
Register for dinner by 2 p.m.
WEDNESDAY
9 a.m. Exercise Class: $1 donation, registration required

12 p.m. Lunch: Beef stew or ham and bean soup

10 a.m. Watercolor Art Class: Free and open to the public; bring own supplies
12 p.m. Lunch: Chipped beef or creamed chicken

Among seniors 60-plus, a $2 suggested donation is appreciated for lunches and $4 for dinners. Dinner

ADVANCE PLANNING
Class: Cooking for Everyone: Sept. 28 from 3-4:30 p.m. Cost: $3. Men and women, this class is for
individuals who are interested in creating nutritious meals that are freezer ready and quick to prepare.
No previous cooking abilities required, as you will learn all the skills you need to know to make a
great meal. Registration required, as there is only room for 10 in the kitchen.
AARP Driver Safety Program: Oct. 8 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. This course is designed to refresh your memory
and fine tune your response to everyday driving. Participation may reduce your insurance cost; refer to
an insurance agent for clarification. Fee is $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-AARP members.
