Frances M. Kemper, 93, of Bowling Green, died Thursday, September 8, 2009.
She was born December 5, 1915 in Fremont to James F. and Katherine (Gressman) Hufford. She married S.R.
Robinson in 1943 and he preceded her in death in 1975. She married Tom Kemper in 1977 and he died in
1990.
Fran was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Rebekah Lodge #635, former member of the Order of
Eastern Star and Bridge Home/Health and Hospice Volunteer.
In 1988 she established a local Alzheimer support group.
Surviving are a niece and nephew.
She was preceded by a sister, Norma Waugh and brothers, Robert and Carl Hufford.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the Dunn Funeral
Home. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
