BG Swim Club sets registration
Open registration for the Bowling Green Swim Club’s 2009-2010 season (for returning and new
swimmers/divers ages 3-18) has begun. Registration night at BGSU Rec Center is tonight from 6-8:30. Go
to http://bgscgators.com for information and registration forms.
BGSU sets Thursday ticket office hours
The Bowling Green State University Athletic Ticket Office will be open from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday.
Operations will then be relocated to the ticket booths surrounding Doyt Perry Stadium in preparation for
the 2009 football home opener later that night featuring BG against Troy with kickoff at 7.
Will Call (located at the south booth on the east side) and ticket sales for the BG-Troy football game
will begin at 4 at the stadium.
Advance online ticket sales for the game will observe the same timeline and be available for purchase up
until 1 p.m., and then for pick-up at Will Call beginning at 4.
Falcon men’s soccer wins
Cameron Hepple scored in the first half and Chris Jurtovski added a goal in the second half Tuesday to
give Bowling Green’s men’s soccer team a 2-0 season-opening win over Marshall at Cochrane Field.
BG’s Jeff Smoker and Dylan Schoettley combined for five saves, four by Smoker in the first half.
Reimold has three hits
BALTIMORE – Former Bowling Green standout Nolan Reimold was 3-for-4 with two runs scored for Baltimore in
a 9-6 loss to the New York Yankees Tuesday.
Badenhop activated from DL
MIAMI – Burke Badenhop, from Perrysburg High School and BGSU, was activated from the disabled list by the
Florida Marlins Tuesday and pitched against Atlanta.
In two innings of work against the Braves, Badenhop allowed one hit and one walk while striking out two.

Tracy named to IL all-star team
Andy Tracy, from Bowling Green High School and BGSU, has been named to the International League’s post
season all-star team.
A first baseman, Tracy is playing this season at Leigh Valley. He is currently second in the IL in home
runs (24) and RBI (88), fourth in runs scored (71) and is hitting .250 with 70 walks.
