James H. Moore, age 78, of North Baltimore died at 9:45 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2009, at Wood County
Hospital.
He was born in Clymer, NY on July 16, 1931 to the late David C. and Pearl (Shuler) Moore. On April 19,
1952, he married Naomi Wymer and she survives in North Baltimore.
He is also survived by two daughters: Patricia (Michael) Smith of Van Buren; Kathy Dotts of Luckey; two
grandsons: Jason Smith of Findlay, Jared Smith of Van Buren; and two brothers: Robert D. Moore of
Jamestown, NY and Donald S. (Carole) Moore of Eaton, OH.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles D. Moore, and sister Ina Moore.
James retired after 32 years of service with The France Stone Company.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2009 from 1 to 4 p.m. at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North
Baltimore.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 24, 2009 at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, with
Pastor Chris Cravens officiating. Burial will follow in New Maplewood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of James to the American Cancer Society or Bridge Home
Health and Hospice.
