Ohio 20 crash sends one to area hospital
LEMOYNE – A Toledo man was taken to the hospital Wednesday after a crash occurred near an overpass in
Troy Township.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Office reports that Aaron Gramza, of Toledo, was traveling west on Ohio 20 at
about 10 p.m. when he struck another vehicle while attempting to pass it.
According to the report, a vehicle driven by Michael Waggoner, of Luckey, also was headed west and was
attempting to turn onto an exit road to Lemoyne Road. After impact, Waggoner’s vehicle struck a utility
pole on the left side of the road.
Gramza was take to St. Charles Mercy Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries. He was cited for failure
to maintain control and for passing within 100 feet of an intersection.
Bloodmobile is Saturday
The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at North Baltimore
Masonic Temple, 165 High St.
Habitat for Humanity auction is Sunday
Wood County Habitat for Humanity will hold its second annual Charity Auction Sunday at Trinity United
Methodist Church, 200 N. Summit St., Bowling Green.
The auction includes quilts, Ohio State and Michigan tables, a rocking horse and other items.
Lunch by donation at 11 a.m., followed at noon by the auction.
