Man falls from roof at Chrysler Machining Plant PDF Print E-mail

LIME CITY – A man was hospitalized after a fall from the roof of Chrysler's Toledo Machining Plant in Perrysburg Township Thursday morning.
According to Perrysburg Township Deputy Fire Chief Tom Brice, the department received a call at 7:18 a.m. of the incident at the plant,  8000 Chrysler Drive.
The man, whose name has not been released, was reportedly doing roofing work on the west side of the plant when the four-wheeled vehicle he was driving went off of the roof. Brice estimated that the man fell between 30 and 40 feet.
He was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital buy Township EMS. Brice stated that he was not able to release the extent of the man's injuries.
